Established under the guidance of Shri D. Parthasarathy, a B.E. (Civil Engineering, 1971 – 1976) from College of Engineering in University of Madras and M. Tech from IIT, the company has expanded its operations to a great extent with an objective to fulfilling each and every expectation of clients all over India. He is an able leader and has immense knowledge in the valuation field. Shri D. Parthasarthy also served as Graduate Engineer Trainee & Assistant Engineer in ECC Ltd., (L&T Group) and as a Site Engineer for the Administrative Office block of E.C.C. Ltd., at Manapakkam, Chennai.
He has been practicing since 1981 as a chartered Engineer, surveyor & Property Valuer and executed civil contracts at IIT, CSIR & CLRI, Chennai, P&T Department and for many private agencies. He has vast experience in valuation and began career as a property valuer under C.H. Gopinath Rao, the doyen of Indian valuers and former president of the Institution of Valuer in Chennai. The founder of the DPA has been practicing as valuation services provider since last two decades. He is one of the leading appraisers in Chennai and all over Tamil Nadu, India.
